The Service Provider does not guarantee a specific result from a session or process.

The course of the work and its outcomes are individual.

The Service Provider may decline to begin working with a client or recommend ending the work if the Service Provider believes that the chosen form of work is not appropriate for the client’s situation or that another type of professional support is needed.

4. Introductory Call

Before beginning work together, a complimentary 30-minute online Introductory Call may be booked.

The purpose of the call is to discuss what is bringing you here, provide basic information about how I work, and consider whether a particular form of work is appropriate.

The Introductory Call is not a hypnotherapy session and does not commit either party to further work.

Appointments may be booked through Calendly.

5. Entering into a contract

The date of a paid service is arranged individually.

Before payment, the client receives information about:

the type of service,
the price,
the date or the way the date will be arranged,
the payment method,
the main rescheduling rules,
these Terms,
the Privacy and Cookie Policy.

A contract is entered into when payment is successfully completed and the arrangements for providing the service are accepted, or at another point expressly agreed by the parties.

Confirmation of the material terms is sent to the client at the email address provided.

6. Payment

Electronic payments may be processed through Stripe.

Available payment methods may depend on Stripe configuration, the client’s device, and the client’s country.

The Focused Process and Between Body and Soul™ may be paid in installments if this is agreed before the process begins.

The payment schedule is provided before the contract is entered into.

7. Technical requirements

To participate in an online session, you need:

a device that supports audio and video,
a stable internet connection,
Zoom or a compatible web browser,
a quiet space that provides privacy.

Do not participate in a session while driving or performing any task that requires continuous attention.

8. Preparing for a session

The client should provide information that may be relevant to assessing whether a particular form of work is appropriate.

There is no requirement to send medical records through the website, Calendly, or email.

If there are concerns about the safety or appropriateness of hypnotherapy, the Service Provider may ask the client to consult an appropriate professional before beginning or continuing the work.

9. Rescheduling

A session may be rescheduled at no charge if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

A request made less than 24 hours before the session does not automatically entitle the client to a free rescheduling.

Unexpected emergencies may be considered individually.

If the Service Provider cancels a session, the client may choose a new date or receive a refund for the session that was not provided.

10. Late arrival

If the client arrives late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time.

If the delay makes it impossible to conduct the session safely or meaningfully, the parties will agree on how to proceed.

11. Focused Process

The Focused Process consists of four sessions connected as one process, usually completed over 6-8 weeks.

Each session builds on the work that came before.

The process may include a personalized self-hypnosis recording when this would be helpful at a particular stage.

12. Between Body and Soul™

Between Body and Soul™ is a 12-week individual process consisting of 10 sessions, materials selected according to the course of the work, and agreed contact to support integration between meetings.

The process is individualized.

Depending on what is appropriate, one session may take the form of a longer regression or between-lives hypnosis session.

This is not a mandatory element of the process.

13. Right of withdrawal

If you are a Consumer, or an entrepreneur entitled to consumer protection in a particular situation, and you enter into the contract at a distance, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of entering into it without giving a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to:

[EMAIL IN YOUR DOMAIN]

You may use the withdrawal form provided at the end of these Terms, but you are not required to do so.

If, at your explicit request, performance of the service begins before the 14-day withdrawal period expires and you later withdraw before the service has been fully performed, you may be required to pay for the part of the service already provided up to the point of withdrawal.

If the service is fully performed before the withdrawal period expires and the conditions required by applicable law have been met, the right of withdrawal may expire.

14. Beginning performance before the end of the 14-day period

If a paid service is scheduled to begin before 14 days have passed from the date the contract was entered into, the client should submit an explicit request to begin performance early.

The statement should read:

I request that performance of the service begin before 14 days have passed from the date of entering into the contract.

I acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed, and once the conditions required by law have been met, I may lose my right to withdraw from the contract.

If I withdraw after performance has begun but before the service has been fully performed, I may be required to pay for the part of the service provided up to the time of withdrawal.

The statement should be stored in a way that allows it to be reproduced later.

15. Ending a process after the withdrawal period

If the client ends the Focused Process or Between Body and Soul™ after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, services that have already been provided remain payable.

The settlement will be calculated based on the part of the process already provided, the prices of individual services in effect when the contract was entered into, and any personalized materials or other elements already prepared and delivered.

The unused portion of the price relating to services not yet provided will be refunded unless there are other amounts due for services already performed.

16. Session recordings

Sessions are not recorded automatically.

A recording may only be made after the client has been informed in advance and has given separate, explicit consent.

If a recording is used for supervision, training, or accreditation, the client will first receive information about the purpose, access, retention, and withdrawal of consent.

17. Contact between sessions

As part of Between Body and Soul™, brief contact through WhatsApp may be available within the scope agreed before the process begins.

Contact between sessions is not a crisis intervention service and does not constitute 24-hour support.

18. Outcomes

The Service Provider agrees to provide the service with due care, in line with her training and the agreed scope of work.

The Service Provider does not guarantee a particular result.

Information on the website is for informational purposes and does not constitute a diagnosis or individualized medical or psychotherapeutic advice.

19. Complaints

A complaint may be sent to:

[EMAIL IN YOUR DOMAIN]

It is helpful to include:

your name,
the email address used when booking,

a description of the issue,
the outcome you are requesting.

The complaint will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.

20. Alternative dispute resolution

21. Personal data

The rules relating to personal data processing are described in the Privacy and Cookie Policy.

22. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated if applicable law, the services, payment methods, tools, or organizational rules change.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
