online hypnotherapy

Change begins deeper
than willpower can reach.

I help people who, despite trying to change, keep going back to reactions they no longer want. It may be tension, excessive control, guilt, crossing your own boundaries or self-sabotage.

In hypnotherapy we work with what switches on outside conscious decision: emotions, body reactions, beliefs and experiences that may be keeping this way of reacting in place.

Who is it for?

On the outside, you're handling it.
Inside, you know you don't want to keep living this way.

People can always count on you

You help, organise and take responsibility. It is easier for you to look after others than to stop and notice your own needs.

You say "yes" when you feel "no"

Boundaries bring up guilt or fear of conflict. So once again you agree to something against yourself.

It is hard for you to truly rest

Even in a free moment your mind keeps working. Tasks, analysing or the feeling that you should be doing more keep coming back.

Emotions stay with you for a long time

You go back over conversations and what someone said. You analyse, you worry, and the tension does not end with the day.

You know what to change. And you go back again.

You understand what does not serve you and you try to act differently. Still, in a difficult moment the old pattern takes over again.

You look for relief that quickly passes

Food, shopping, work or scrolling lower the tension for a moment. Then what was underneath comes back.

You do not need to recognise yourself in every one of these points.
If some of them sound familiar, it is worth looking at what is happening at a deeper level.

Why understanding alone is not enough

Sometimes you do not know why you react the way you do in a particular situation. Other times you understand your pattern well, and yet when tension, conflict or a sense of threat appears, the old reaction comes back.

You can decide that next time you will set a boundary, let go of control or react differently. And yet in that moment your body tenses, guilt, fear or the urge to withdraw appears, and the automatic reaction turns out to be faster than the conscious decision.

The problem is not always that you do not know enough about yourself.

Automatic reactions can be kept in place by emotions, earlier experiences, beliefs and ways of reacting that switch on without conscious thought.

This is exactly what we work with in hypnotherapy.

It is not only about understanding your reactions better.
It is about making room for a different response.

See how I work

Change does not happen only in your head

What you call stress, self-sabotage or difficulty setting boundaries today often involves more than your way of thinking. That is why in hypnotherapy we also look at body reactions, emotions and ingrained patterns.

Body

Tension and physical reactions often appear faster than a conscious thought. That is why during our work we also pay attention to what is happening in your body.

Emotions

A visible reaction does not always tell the whole story of what is happening underneath. We look at emotions without assuming in advance what they should mean.

Beliefs and patterns

Some ways of thinking and reacting switch on automatically. We check which of them may be keeping the problem in place and whether they still serve you.

The goal is not to become someone else.
The goal is for old reactions to stop deciding for you.

How I can support you

The difficulties you come with rarely exist completely separately. The same way of reacting can show up in relationships, decisions, the way you treat yourself and the way you cope with tension.

Boundaries and relationships

Difficulty saying no, taking responsibility for others, fear of conflict and recurring patterns in relationships.

Tension, anxiety and the need for control

Constant alertness, difficulty letting go, tension in the body, overthinking and the need to predict what might happen.

Self-sabotage and the way you treat yourself

An inner critic, putting off important decisions, pulling back before taking action, difficulty accepting success or putting your own needs on a par with other people's.

Ways of coping with difficult emotions

Reaching for food, shopping, work, withdrawal or other behaviours that bring momentary relief but do not resolve what triggers the tension.

You do not need to know which category your problem belongs to. During the introductory call we will look at what you come with.

About

Mindful attention instead of interpretation.
Guidance instead of ready-made answers.

I first came to hypnotherapy as a client. I stayed because I saw how much depends on calm, precise guidance that does not impose meaning on another person.

That is how I work today. I do not tell you what your answer should be or how to interpret what comes up. I listen, ask questions and guide the process, leaving room for your pace, your boundaries and your own conclusions. We do not follow my script. We follow what is actually coming up for you.

Ongoing professional development

I regularly deepen my practice through specialised hypnotherapy training, including parts work, regression and progression. My sessions are supervised, so that what I do is not only effective but also safe.

Michael Newton Institute

In 2026, I was accepted into the MNI accreditation programme.

FAQ

What you ask most often

Do I lose control in hypnosis?

Hypnosis does not take away your ability to decide how the session goes.

The whole time you can speak, move, ask questions and tell me what you are experiencing. If at any moment you want to slow down, change direction or end the process, you can.

My role is to guide the session with respect for your pace and your boundaries.

Does an online session work the same as in person?

An online session lets you go through the whole process without leaving your own space. We work over Zoom, and you can prepare a quiet place where you feel at ease.

For many people an added benefit is not having to travel and being able to stay with themselves at their own pace after the session.

How many sessions might be needed?

There is no single number that is right for everyone. If you come with one specific topic, you can start with a single session. When one problem needs more room, we can work within the four sessions of the Focused process. If similar reactions show up in several areas of your life, the 12-week Between Body and Soul™ process may be more suitable. During the introductory call we can check together which way of working makes the most sense in your situation. I do not promise specific results in advance.

How much do sessions cost and can I pay in instalments?

A single hypnotherapy session lasts 90-120 minutes and costs PLN 650. The Focused process includes 4 sessions over about 6-8 weeks and costs PLN 2,400. The 12-week Between Body and Soul™ process includes 10 individual sessions and costs PLN 5,900. Past life regression or progression costs PLN 800, and between-lives hypnosis PLN 1,000. The Focused process and Between Body and Soul™ can be paid in instalments. We agree the details before we start working together.

Who do you work with?

I work with adults of any gender. What matters most is not which group you belong to, but what you come with and whether my way of working is right for your situation.

What are your qualifications?

I completed a 200-hour training at the Polish School of Spiritual and Interlife Hypnosis, finishing at Master level. The programme was practical and experiential: intensive workshops, supervised practice sessions, work under supervision, a practical exam and assessed sessions.

In total I have over 310 hours of specialist training and more than 500 hours of hypnosis sessions conducted. I am currently completing the Michael Newton Institute training and accreditation programme, as well as Resource Therapy training.

You can find more detailed information about my training on the About.
